outlook contacts never are available.

Hi, all -- my wife uses Outlook 2002. She has all of her
contacts in her address book, but Outlook can never find
them when she sends mail.

I have gone through the help functions with no luck, only
confustion. My version works fine.

Any ideas?

Lastly, is there any way to flag messages on these user
groups so I can find the ones I have posted? Any
notifications?

Rightclick the Contacts folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook Address Book.

If this option is not available (greyed out) add the service by Tools->
E-mail Accounts-> Add new directory or Address Book
