Outlook Converting Email Messages Sent To Me in HTML to Plain Text

My Outlook is converting messages sent to me in HTML format to plain text for
some reason (this occurs even before I reply so I know it is nothing in my
formatting options for replies or forwards). I have Office 2000 and it sends
messages in HTML as set up just fine. My encoding option for recieved msgs is
"Western European (ISO)". Thanks in advance.

Do you have Read all mail in text set? In 2003 it is Options,
Preferences, e-mail options.

Thanks, Bob. I checked thoroughly and do not have that option in 2000. Also
checked other places and could not find it. Any other ideas?

Maybe someone who remembers/uses 2000 will chime in?
