Just installed XP Professional operating system and XP
office prefessional on laptop and tablet. Both exhibit
the same problem. Outlook is working with a local
Exchange server. When try to do anything in Outlook, it
will extensively load the network card and then shut down
outlook. Local user has Administrative rights on the
computer. All Windows and Office updates appear to be
installed.
