Outlook Crash Please Help

Hello Folks,
Since a week Outlook has crashed three times, grabbing almost 1G of
memory!

This the error in the event viewer:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8118.0, stamp 456628bf,
faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2991, stamp 45000998,
debug? 0, fault address 0x00012a5b.

could anyone plase help

What version of Outlook? What type of email account (Exchange, POP3, etc.)?
If you use a PST, what size is it? What troubleshooting have you done? Is
there any error message and/or number that Outlook displays when it crashes?

we have outlook 2003 installed with an exchange account.
there is no error message displayed.

The first thing I would advise is to check your Outlook Add Ins and COMs
including ones such as SnagIt, Norton, Plaxo, and Caesar Client Extension .
Not all of them are compatible with newer versions of Outlook. Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 3.0 can cause this issue (there is a hotfix available for
Exchange for this).
One of the other things that can be done is to install or reinstall the
latest Office SP.
