outlook crashes - out of memory

All,

I can open outlook and it works for 30 seconds then you
cannot preview email messages and causes an out of memory
box to pop up.

Outlook often hangs and wont start.

I have updated outlook, uninstalled office and reinstalled
office and the problem persists. Word, Access, PP and
excel all work fine.

Any help would be great.
