Outlook Crashing

My outlook 2003 intermintiently crashed and when I send a report it sometimes tells me an update would solve my problem. When I go to updates it says I do not need any updates . There seems to be no ryme or reason to i

What is the bucket ID for the crash you refer to?
Have you tried the updates from http://office.microsoft.com ?
