Outlook - creating new folders incorrect fields appear

Hi All

I have a client of mine, each time he creates a new folder
within his Inbox, no view fields appear (ie. size,
subject, recieved etc) of that new folder and each time he
manually has to add them.

I have gone thorugh the view settings for inbox and
outlook, and for default the correct views are thier and
it uses "frequently used views".

However each time, he creates a new folder, no field views
appear. Very strange, is thier a quick fix or repair tool
I can use, oppose to re-installing Outlook ?
