outlook data transfer

I have a school full of windows xp computer that the
domain server with no active directory backups have
crashed. When i rejoin these comptuers to the doamin
server they create new userprofiles so what i am needing
to do is copy of outlook data to the curent user and me
it work in outlook so that i can get back email,
contacts, sent email and pop3 settings

any suggestions
