Outlook denied access attachments (*.mdb)

I need to access this attachments but I cannot find where to disable this "feature". In OE6 it is checkbox in option but in Outlook2003 I don't see it.

I have the same problem. I can not read the attached

files to the messages I receive. I says OE removed access
to the unsafe attached file. Any help on how to be able
to read the attachements
