Outlook-Disconnects from internet

Whenever outlook tries to check for new emails, it just
disconnects form the internet, so i cant sent any emails
without re-connecting to the internet. I have a dial up
connection, is there any way to stop this?

Probably, but we couldn't tell you how without knowing your Outlook version,
mail account type, connection type and automatic polling settings.
In most circumstances you simply need to change your connection type from
Phone Line to LAN (doesn't matter that you're using dial up).
