Outlook does not save email password

I just installed outlook (Office XP) and Outlook will not
save the email (isp) passwords. I re-enter the password
and username info, save it and it works. When I come back
into Outlook, the password in blank.

Any suggestions?

Even though the article says it is for Outlook express, I
have had it work for Outlook also.
