Outlook does not see Zip Files

I just got a new laptop running Vista Business and Outlook (2003) doesnt see
ZIP files in the insert file dialog.

I found another thread that suggested running the following command:

regsvr32.exe /u zipfldr.dll

I'm assuming that was for XP because when I run it in Vista I get a message
that says "The module "zipfldr.dll" was loaded but the entry-point
DllUnregisterServer was not found. Make sure that "zipfldr.dll" is a valid
DLL or OCX file and then try again"

What is the proper way to accomplish this in Vista?
