Outlook does not work after restore of data

I had to restore my system drive this weekend. Reloaded all applications for
Office and when I start-up Outlook and try to receive email I get this error
message:

"The operation failed. An object could not be found."

I have tried just about everything I can think of. Any help would be
appreciated.
