Outlook doesn't open

I just used Windows Update on the 31st and installed the new updates. I use
Microsoft Office 2003. Now, this morning, I can't open my Outlook files.
The error message is "unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders
could not be opened."

Why is this happening, and what do I do?

Your Personal Folders file may be curreupted; run scanpst (see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP010210641033.aspx ).

Let us know if this fixed the problem. If not, please state your account
type (POP/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange Server).

I'm having the same problem but I am using Outlook 2007. I ran the
scanpst.exe tool and initially it said that it found errors. Then it said
there were no errors but everytime I try to open Outlook it still says that
it cannot open because there are errors in the file.

What I do I now?
