outlook email for an office

I'm not very familiar with outlook. Our office has 5
people with different yahoo email addresses. For
compliance reasons, administration staff needs to see all
incoming and outgoing email for each person. Is there a
way to have all incoming and outgoing email for each
person go through outlook first?

No - you aren't hosting your own domain's email and you don't have a central
mail server anyway.

Thanks for the reply. I think I solved the problem by
subscribing to yahoo business and using that as the
central server. I will then use outlook to view those
accounts. It may not be the best way to solve the problem
but it's the only solution I could come up with. Thanks
