Outlook Email Password

We are using Outlook 2003 on Windows Terminal Server 2003. Our TS login
passwords are set to change every 30 days and when they do Outlook starts
asking for the username and password. We are using POP email with static
passwords for the email accounts. How do I get Outlook to just keep the
information that is set into it and not change every time we change the TS
password?
