Outlook email Receivers

Not everyone on our LAN uses outlook for email. I do.
When I send an email to someone who does NOT use outlook,
it only shows in their outlook inbox, not in the inbox for
whatever email server they are using.

Can anyone help me fix this??? Please.

Yes. Make everyone use OUTLOOK.

Had this problem myself and made the argument, successfully, that my job is
easier and I can be more efficient if I have everyone on the same platforms.
It is showing in their inbox because, I assume, they are on the server
running Exchange?
