Outlook email

[Whyme]

My new ISP Concito said because your MS Express email works , MS
Outlook is faulty. When I try to use MS Outlook , it will not process
email.

Any help would be nice.

Help us to help you...we need a lot more information to be able to give you
any assistance. What version of Outlook are you using? What specifically do
you mean by "process email?" What happens when you try?
