Outlook Error Message

Just lately, every time I click on Send/Receive, the
"Send/Receive Error" message and the yellow triangle appear
at the bottom right. And it says "click here". When I do,
the dialog box comes up and shows that the procedure for
sending an receiving is stopped, but when I close this box,
the message at the bottom changes to "Send/Receive 100%".
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to resolve it?
