We use Outlook with ACT integration - when we send an
email from Outlook and have it automatically attach to our
ACT contacts, when opening that email from within ACT
(lets say 5 days down the road to forward it to someone
else) the email will state that it has not been sent. We
are then unable to forward that email to anyone else.
The problem is all of these emails have been sent because
upon sending, I bcc myself on all emails and I receive a
copy of these emails. Can anyone tell me why this is
happening? At first it was just periodically, now it is
happening to every single email sent from Outlook.
