outlook error when opening email

I have Office Small Business 2002. Whenever there is an
email and Outlook tries to get the email an error appears
that says Outlook has to shut down. It closes Outlook
only and I cannot retrieve my email. This is the first
time I have tried to use this computer to get email.

Are you an authenicated user on the server?
If so remove your email account and recreate it.
