Outlook error

I am running Office XP with Outlook 2002 (on WinME computer) and after
installation, every time I closed Outlook, I got an error message telling me
to send a report as there was a problem with Outlook. That seems to have
stopped but now I notice after closing Outlook that it is still running when
I check Task Manager.I have tried to repair and it still runs. Anyone have
any suggestions how to fix this??
