outlook.exe error message

Cannot open microsoft outlook 2000. Outlook.exe error message received:
The ordinal not found. the ordinal 36 could not be located in the dynamic
link library MAPI32.ddl.

I had this problem before and I had computer repair fix it. It has occurred
again and I am hoping I could fix it. Any suggestions.
