I'm wondering about a problem that's been annoying me for quite some time.
When I go to run Outlook 2003, and then close it, the Outlook.exe process
remains in my task manager. I've googled just about everything that I can
think of on this, and I've looked through the MS website, but I haven't been
able to find any solution.
I'm running Chapura 3.16 Standard, and as far as I know from its help file,
it shouldn't keep any active links to Outlook.exe after the Hotsync manager
has been closed.
I've got my Windows XP updated to SP1a (I'm not going to SP2, it's caused me
to have to format and reinstall already), and my Office 2003 SP1.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
