Outlook Express account settings change?

I have outlook express on one computer and, for some
reason, whenever I reboot the computer the account
settings (ie: each account info and POP and SMTP servers
for each account) change. Does anyone have a clue what
causes this and how to correct it?

Changes to what?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

We just moved our home to DSL, so the SMTP and POP
servers have changed. I went into Outlook account
settings and changed them to the new ISP servers and
everything worked fine. However, if you reboot the
computer the settings change back to the old dialup ISP
servers.

Recreate the account instead of changing them. If this doesn't solve it I
suggest you continue this in the OE newsgroup.
