outlook express and outlook

I am a complete idiot when it comes to technology.

I have both Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express on my
desktop; however all my e-mail defaults to "Outlook
Express"

Can anybody tell me how to make Microsoft Outlook my
default e-mail.

Try control panel, internet options, programs....
