Outlook Express attachments

Hi,

Can anyone help me? My attachments are not accessible.
They are recieved but unopenable, these are graphics
files such as tiffs and pdfs, even word files are not
accessible. They appear as normal until you click on
the 'paperclip' at which point they are in faded text and
nothing happens when you click on them. I also do not
have the attachment icon in my toolbar options.

Please help! This is urgent as I rely on attachments for
work.

Thankyou so much

have you never heard of Google? this must be the MOST ASKED question in
HISTORY.

tools-options-security.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook

97/98/2000/2002/2003 from the Office suite of products. Outlook

Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

For help with your OE questions, try an OE newsgroup such as

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress (for OE 6), or

an OE help website such as http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com. If you're

accessing the Microsoft newsgroups through the MS Product Support

Services "Community Newsgroups" web interface, click

http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=InternetExplorer

to get to the Internet Explorer groups, then click the plus sign next to

your version of IE to see the link to the Outlook Express group for that

version number. Good luck!

Chesk your security setting for your email. It may be set
not to allow attachments. I had a similar problem, but
got a message that Outlook express had deleted
attachments that may harm my computer. Problem was it
didn't diseminate between junk and attachments I wanted
to receive.
