Outlook Express attachments

When opening an e-mail with an attachment I get the
message "OE has denied access to unsafe attachment". It
does this with every email w/ attachments. This is on a
XP machine. Is it some security setting?

Yes! Yes! Yes! Have you not looked at Tools-Options-SECURITY???????
