Hi Saad,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I am reading your post using Outlook Express (OE), so, presumably, you have
done so! However, if you're working with Internet newsgroups, this is what
you do.

From OE, Tools/Accounts.../News tab/Add/News.../then follow the wizard.
