outlook express-email

outlook express will not let me receive e mail attachments
it says it refused unsafe attachments, when I know they
are not unsafe, and I do get mail. just not attachments.
also when i try to send pictures as an attachment it will
not let me do that either. now it says it doesn't
recognize pop.port.qwest.net, I don't know what to do.

Tools->options->security. Next time, do a google.groups.com search to view
the several 10s of thousands of posts with the same question and the same
answer.

Oh, and next time, post to an Outlook EXPRESS group, not Outlook.
