I wonder if anyone can help. I have Outlook Express 6 and
I've lost my folders list. When I double click on "Outlook
Express" I usually get my folders list down the left hand
side and I'm able to click on whichever folder I like and
read any messages therein.
However, today, when I click on "Outlook Express" I go
into a window which is headed up "inbox" but is otherwise
totally blank. (It does, however show at the bottom of the
screen the details of the number of messages in the
folder - e.g. "65 messages , 1 unread").
I've gone into "view", "layout" and everything which
should be ticked is ticked. The screen incluse the usual
tool bar and has a drop down menu called "view" with three
options-
Hide Read Messages
Hide Read or Ignored Messages
Show All Messages
This is set as "Show All Messages".
Please help me get back my folders list!
(The only way I can view (as opposed to use) my folders
list is click "file", "folder", "new" and I can SEE my
folder list. The problem is I can't actually DO anything
because, of course, this view of my folder list is only
available to create a new folder.
