Outlook Express formatting Word Document

Does anyone know how to retain the formatting of a word
document when pasting it into a newsgroup in Outlook?

Use html, but it's very poor form to post HTML in newsgroups and should be
avoided.

In general, you should use Plain Text for usenet or, if binary postings are
allowed, include the document as an attachment.
