outlook express incoming email

I cant view incoming mail from another server. Have checked ALL fields. I can
however access through webmail, I have opened all incoming email to new
address. Mail is sending fine. Would like to access through outlook express
however. I have been troulbeshooting for days!!!

I'd suggest you posted to an OE group, its part of internet explorer groups
OE is not an Office app
