Outlook Express Keeps deleting file attachements - help!

I've recently re-directed my pop accounts through Outlook
Express after updating my system from Microsoft - now it
appears that all attachements are being deleted from
incoming e-mails, even when I know that source is secure.

Can someone tell me how to change the filter levels (or
whatever they are called) so that this stops happening?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. (Hint: Tools>Options>Security)
