OUTLOOK EXPRESS - OE attachment removal

Can any one help, please.

My email is working fine but i can't open any of my
attachments. When i open the emails it says that OE has
removed my attachments, what does this mean, can i correct
it

This is a checkbox setting located Tools > Options > Security

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

try changing your restrictions on your incoming emails

this may help
