Outlook Express Problem

It appears after downloading a MS Outlook Express (OE)&
Windows Upgrade, I can no longer receive via email non-
microsoft files (ie. Lotus 123). Upon receipt of emails
containing Lotus files, I get a message that OE has denied
access to the attached unsafe file. However the file is
sent from a safe source. Can anyone help me with this?
