I recently installed norton personal firewall and now I can't receive or send e-mail. I've tried removing and re-installing, but no luck. Can anyone give me some suggestions. Thanks.

Check your email client settings. "Personal firewall" software often screw
with them, e.g. setting the server host names to localhost.

is the firewall blocking access by the mail client? It's not uncommon and
you need to tell the firewall to allow it.
