outlook fax cover page

Hello,

I would like to use a cover page created in word to fax using outlook.
However, it only seems to give me the option to use the predefined pages or I
can create one using the cover page editor. I do not want to use these cover
pages.

When I turn off the option to send a cover page in the fax mail transport
account, I still get the email signature as a first page. In the settings, it
shows that fax mail transport has no signature.

Any idea how to stop this behavoiur so I can use a cover page created in word?

Thanks
Don Dawson

Print your document to the Fax Printer from Word. Leave Outlook out of it.
Its meager integration with Fax is not configurable.

Thanks for the reply, I am unable to use word as many times we have multiple
docs to send. That was the reason for using outlook in the first place.

Then you'll need to create a custom coverpage. Can't you create one similar
to the one you have in Word?
