outlook file transfer

i need to transfer the outlook file from one computer to another computer (inbox emails, contacts, etc..) i have a lot of data to move over. what directory is the file located so i can copy it and transfer all the outlook data to the you computer.

Rather hard to say when you do not post your Outlook version or operating
system.

The file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
