Hello all,
One of our customer has a strange problem.
When accessing his IMAP mailbox, Outlook freezes on "Downloading Folders
Hierarchy" then the only solution is to kill Outlook and starting it again.
He also has POP mailboxes installed, and no problem with those ones, it only
happens with IMAP.
Tried with Outlook XP and 2003, both the same problem, tried totally
reinstalling Outlook and still the same problem.
Then I reinstalled XP and installed Outlook 2003, it worked well for the
first time we launched Outlook but now it is reappearing.
Strange thing is that everything goes well with Outlook Express, no freeze
with this IMAP mailbox.
Anyone has an idea?
