Outlook Groups

Is there a way to export an Outlook group from an internet-
only setup and then import that group into a corporate
distribution group?

I'm a little lost. Outlook does not use groups. Do you mean a Distribution
List? If you mean a group in the address book, then no. Only the Windows
Address Book uses groups. (Note: Inert Mail Only uses the Windows Address
Book, not the Outlook Address Book).
