outlook has clear senders name and body text.

I have imported an outside .pst file into a users
outlook, the new folders have subject lines but the
senders name is not there ( the colum is just name
appears gone) and the text in the email is not showing
up. Any suggestions? Does this have anything to do with
font issues?
