Outlook help

I use Outlook 2000. When I boot up in the am, my Outlook
is not connecting and opening...I get a message that
says, "UMC TIME OUT" AND OR "IVM CONNECTION FAILED, TIME
OUT OCCURRED." CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME ANY HELP.
