Outlook Help

I have recently tried reinstalling a copy of Outlook 2000
which came with an HP PocketPC, but I already had Outlook
2002 running. This caused the application to crash
repeatedly until I uninstalled and reinstalled Office XP
completely. Now I have an error reading:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

Can someone help? I have tried reninstalling and
repairing several times since...
