Outlook/Hotmail configuration issue - please help

I am currently using Outlook 2002. I have been trying to setup access to my hotmail account via Outlook but for some reason font sizes on the configuration menu (Tools>Email Accounts>Add a new email account > HTTP >) are too large. So the boxes where I want to enter my username, password etc. do not appear within the menu since they have been displaced. The problem seems to be specific to Outlook and not other Office applications. I have tried tinkering with the Windows display settings but to no avail. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this ?
