Outlook HTML Messages

When opening an HTML message in Outlook 2002 Windows
displays an error asks to send to Microsoft and then
restarts Outlook. This only happens on HTML messages, but
not on all HTML messages and not from the same people.

re-install outlook. if that doesnt work, turn off html
messages.

Already done that. Still a problem. Applied all the
Office updates.
