Outlook importing

I'm trying to import contact information from Excel to
Outlook and it says I need to install the SR-1 disk in
order to accomplish this task. I grabbed the disk and it
says that I need to find data1.mis?

Anyway, it doesn't work. Is there something I can
download to fix this?
