Outlook Inbox Time

I'm having a problem with a users account. When this
user does a Send/Recieve it will pull the messages
through just fine, however the times on the emails will
be incorrect (they will all say the time when they were
pulled through).
This happens via dial up and while connected to the
Network. I'd normally try importing/exporting over and
over but this user has just under 2 gigs of email trash
with no time to give up his laptop. Any help would be
greatly apprecaited.
