Outlook is not refreshing

I have Outlook 2002 and just recently installed sp3. I have the address book access problem like everyone else due to acroibat being installed but I also have this problem that is very annoying

I do not see my new messages until i click on something in outlook. For example i could be idle in outlook and someone can send me a email. The email will not appear until i click on a folder in outlook or open up another email. this is using a ost with an exhange server. this was not a problem before and is really annoying

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem. I have Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2003 on the same
computer, Windows 2000 Server.

I don't see new messages that have arrived until I click away to another
folder, say, Outbox, then I get the new message indicator for the Inbox.
