outlook issues

I have a user running XP SP1 with all the patches. She is
also running Office 2k SP3. She got an error message
indicating that the application was hung......
$zAppName:Outlook.exe $zAppVer 9.0.0.6604 $zModName:
hungapp.

All she does is click on "close" and nothing. The
application keeps right on going.
